BetChan Account Login
To enter your BetChan account, open the website on a desktop or laptop and use the login button in the top navigation. The sign-in form asks for the same details you used at registration, then sends you straight to your balance, game history, and account settings.
On mobile, the login sits in the header as well, with the form sized for smaller screens and touch input. Access to the personal account works only for registered users, so you need an active BetChan account before you can sign in.
Login Security Measures At BetChan
- 2FA: BetChan supports two-factor authentication via an authenticator app (TOTP). After you enable it in account settings, each login needs your password and a 6-digit time-based code; recovery codes are provided once and should be stored offline.
- Password: Use a unique password that you do not reuse on email, banking, or other casinos. Keep it long (12+ characters), mix letters, numbers, and symbols, and avoid names, birthdays, and common patterns like “123456” or “qwerty”; a password manager reduces reuse and typing errors.
- Notifications: BetChan sends security alerts for logins from a new device or location and for changes to account details such as password resets and 2FA settings. Turn on email and SMS alerts, review timestamps and device info in the message, and reset your password and revoke active sessions if anything looks unfamiliar.
Account Verification After Login At BetChan
BetChan asks for verification when an account action triggers KYC checks or when internal risk rules flag a session; the flow starts from the profile or during a restricted action and ends after document review.
Verification is required before the first withdrawal, including withdrawals to a card, bank transfer, or e-wallet, because BetChan must confirm the account holder and the payment method owner.
BetChan also requests verification when you change core details (legal name, date of birth, phone number, email) or when you add a new payment method that wasn’t used for earlier deposits.
Extra checks appear after certain security events: login from a new country, repeated failed login attempts, a password reset followed by payment activity, or a device change paired with a high-value transaction.
Age and identity checks are mandatory if the initial signup data is incomplete or inconsistent, for example a mismatch between the entered name and the payment account name.
If a document is rejected, BetChan blocks withdrawals and may limit deposits until you upload a clearer copy that matches the account details.
- ID: Passport, national ID card (front and back), or a driving licence; the image must be in colour and show full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months; it must show your full name and current residential address.
- Payment method: For cards, a photo of the card with only the last 4 digits visible and the name shown; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing the account holder name and email/ID.
- Selfie check: A selfie or short video holding the ID, or a live face scan in the verification tool, used when the system needs a direct match to the document photo.
How To Log In To Your BetChan Account
- Open the BetChan website or launch the BetChan app.
- Select Log in on the top bar (website) or on the start screen (app).
- Enter the email address or username you used when you registered, then type your password.
- Press Log in to access your account.
